When you submit an RFQ or contact us, we may collect your name, job title, company, business email, telephone number, country or region, website, target markets and the technical or commercial details you choose to provide. The service may also process limited security and operational logs needed to protect and operate the website.
3. Why we use it
We use the information to respond to enquiries, assess product feasibility, prepare samples or quotations, coordinate technical review, prevent abuse, maintain business records and comply with legal obligations. We do not use the RFQ form for automated decision-making or sell personal information.

Inactive RFQ records are normally retained for up to 24 months, unless a longer period is needed for an active project, a contract, dispute prevention or legal compliance. We apply access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or information about how your data is used; you may also object to certain processing or complain to the relevant privacy authority.
