Industrial Workwear heated product applications
05 / Product category

Industrial Workwear

Controlled warmth for demanding cold workplaces.

Professional workwear requires more than heat. The complete design considers PPE layers, abrasion, moisture, visibility, battery placement, operating duration and repeatable wash care.

  • High-visibility jackets
  • Cold-storage uniforms
  • Utility vests
  • Field-service workwear

Documented reference platform

Technical answers for the first product discussion

These values combine the submitted controller documentation, product reference list and confirmed commercial guidance. Final specifications are issued inside each custom project; fixed public downloadable specifications are not offered.

01

Electrical platforms

5 V / 12 V / 24 V

Compact USB products, higher-output portable systems and broad-area home surfaces can be configured. Current, resistance and power remain project-specific.

02

Temperature control

35–57°C reference levels

Current controller boards show three- or four-level closed-loop settings. Final setpoints and safety limits are matched to the finished product.

03

Heating zones

Typically 3–5

Apparel zones can target the back, waist, abdomen, chest or other areas. Mattresses and seating can use extended large-area zones.

04

Controller

NTC + PWM

Standalone or optional connected control with sensing, regulated output, configurable indication and layered electrical protection.

05

Power source

Power bank or low-voltage supply

Portable products can use common power banks. Integrated 12V and 24V products use a matched pack or adapter for the target market.

06

Typical runtime

Approx. 4–6 hours

Runtime varies with ambient temperature, heat level, insulation, heater power and power-bank capacity.

07

Washability

≥30 to 100 cycles by series

Washability is a core platform advantage. Each finished configuration is validated against its own construction and care method.

08

Customisation

Material to packaging

Fabrics, sizes, fit, heat geometry, controls, trims, labels, packaging and instructions can be developed to customer requirements.

09

Commercial reference

MOQ 1,000 pcs/model

Reference sample lead time is 20–30 days; mass production is typically 35–45 days after confirmation.

Controller architecture

Closed-loop control with layered protection

NTC sensing and PWM regulation support selectable temperature levels. The documented platform includes open-circuit, short-circuit, overcurrent and overtemperature protection.

  • Standalone controller
  • Optional connected control
  • Multi-level visual indication
  • Project-specific setpoints and safety ceiling
